Amazing addition to my work and fitness to routine!
The ice up plunge is the most affordable plunge out there and it does the job well. Super easy to clean. The best part about buying from ice up is the customer service! I have spoken to the owner and have never been on hold when I needed help understanding my plunge. That is huge.
Also, I use this prior to commuting to my desk job, after I return home before workouts, and during the summer to cool me down. All of which are definitely worth buying a cold plunge for.

Amazing Product
So I’ve been plunging for about a year now. I was getting really tired of buying or making ice! I plunge daily and this system is amazing! I have the smart plug set up to turn it on via my Apple HomeKit automation at 5 am. By 7 I’m at 48 degrees and ready to get in! The customer service is amazing and I would highly recommend making a purchase! My kids love the hot feature too!
