ALL SALES ARE FINAL. WE WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. WE DO, HOWEVER, RESERVE THE RIGHT TO EXERCISE DISCRETION ON ALL REFUND REQUESTS.
If the issue you are experiencing are covered under our 1-year manufacturer’s warranty and you wish to file a claim, please email us at contact@iceupindustries.com to begin your warranty claim process.
You will be responsible for any costs and expenses not covered under the warranty.
