Yes, while our tubs, chillers, and components are weather resistant, we recommend keeping it in a covered or shaded area to maximize the efficiency and longevity of your system.
If you live in a climate with below freezing temperatures, you'll need our hot + cold chiller option to prevent your system from freezing over.
Our chiller has been tested in outside temperatures as low as 10°f. Please note that the system must remain on at all times if being used in below freezing temperatures.
Use of the chiller below 10°f may result in damage of the unit.
Our 20 micron filtration system and built in Ozone generator constantly filter out sediment and bacteria. We recommend changing the water every 90 days if using the sanitation kit properly.
If not using the sanitation kit, we recommend changing the water every 3-4 weeks.
These time frames may vary depending on usage.

Simply inflate the tub, connect the 2 hoses from the water chiller to the inlet and outlet on the tub, fill with water, plug in the chiller, and you're ready to go!
Our tubs are slightly larger than our competitors, allowing just about anyone to fit comfortably. I'm personally 6'3 - 270 lbs and have no problem fitting my entire body and head underwater!
The only maintenance required is a bi-weekly change of the filter cartridge and a weekly water checkup if using our water sanitation kit.

Chlorine or epsom salts should never be used as they can be corrosive to the inner components of the water chiller.

During our design process, we decided this feature was not a necessary component for the average consumer. By recognizing this, we were able to cut a substantial cost and pass those savings along to you!
However, you do have the ability to power the unit On/Off from your device or even set a run schedule with our Smart Plug option!
